HEC-DSS Excel Data Exchange Add-In for Excel 2007–2010 is a lightweight tool from the Hydrologic Engineering Center that streamlines moving data between Microsoft Excel and HEC-DSS (Hydrologic Engineering Center’s Data Storage System) files. It lets engineers, analysts, and planners work with hydrologic and water resources datasets directly in Excel, reducing manual imports and copy-and-paste errors.
